This repository contains the source code for the official website of Polaris RBM Consultancy — an independent advisory firm specializing in Results-Based Management, MEL systems design, and donor-aligned performance frameworks for NGOs, UN agencies, and development implementers across Egypt, MENA, and Asia.

Founded by Delly Afshari, former advisor at Global Affairs Canada, Polaris brings institutional-grade RBM standards to organizations that need frameworks that don’t just satisfy donors — they make programs work better.

Package A — RBM & Donor-Ready Design Sprint
Theory of Change, results chain, logframe, SMART indicator table, assumptions/risks, and donor-aligned reporting outline.
Package B — Indicator & Data Quality Upgrade
SMART indicator review and redesign, data quality gaps assessment, DQA-style recommendations, and revised indicator metadata.
Package C — RBM & MEAL Capacity Training
Multi-session training program covering RBM fundamentals, indicators and measurement, and donor reporting. Up to 10 participants per cohort.
